Bold and creative
Hi there. I’m a portrait/ event photographer located in Antwerp, Belgium. Photography is my specialization in combination with photo retouching, but I keep myself busy with graphic design and videography on the side. I love to be bold and experiment with my model and surroundings. ‘Eccentric’ is the word you could use for my style, but if my client wants a more basic approach I can deliver that as well.
Which isn’t basic, is my mind. I love to use my imagination because I have loads of that. So when shooting, I always see the bigger picture and love to direct the model so that the model and styling fits the story.
But no worries as much as I love to direct, I tend to have a more relaxed approach. I find it very important to connect with the person before shooting so that he/ she is at ease.
I’m the most known for my lightning and my goofiness (don’t panic, I take your request very seriously). Lightning is one of the most important assets when talking photography. I love to play with light as much as I love to play with new ideas. I’m fully equiped with a professional lightning setup which I can use on location.
Photography is a big part of my life as well as photo retouching. Those two go hand in hand. I take photo retouch very serious and love to educate myself every day. Frequenty saparation, dodge & burn, color corrections, removing distracting elements, …, are one of the things I do when editing photos. I’m highly motivated and would love to help you out.
